Geartronics has produced a wide-range of timing pulleys for use throughout industry for nearly 90 years. Timing pulleys are most commonly used to transmit power in parallel shaft arrangements via timing belts designed for specific timing pulley tooth configurations.

Timing Pulley Experience

Geartronics has extensive experience with timing pulleys. We can supply pulleys having all standard pulley tooth forms including American Standard, Metric Pitch, HTD Standard and GT®2 types. We will also provide timing pulleys with or without flanges and with a variety of machined features such as hubs, keyways, drilled and tapped holes, milled features, slots, and internal splines as specified. However, if you have a design requirement for a custom timing pulley that can’t be sourced 'off-the-shelf', our skilled technicians will work with you to meet your precise needs. We will also ensure that your requirements for any secondary processes such as anodizing will be met.
